Package Details & Limitations
Restrictions and limitations apply. Package investments cover the planning and coordination services listed for the selected package, designed for weddings of 100–150 guests. Venue fees, vendor charges, florals, décor, rentals, catering, and other event purchases are separate unless expressly included in your written agreement.
Design guidance and setup coordination do not include supplying décor, physical installation, or teardown unless specifically agreed upon. Additional appointments, travel, extended event coverage, increased guest counts, or services beyond the agreed scope may require a separate quote and written approval.
Bookings and third-party services are subject to availability. Third-party vendors remain responsible for their contracted services; their availability, pricing, and performance are outside The Wedding Producer’s direct control.
Your signed service agreement will define the final inclusions, coverage hours, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and responsibilities of each party.
